After major update Humming bird (August 20, 2013), google announced another four new updates. In this one is Penguin 2.1 (#5) and other three are minor updates. This updates will not effect 0.001%. Hence these three minor updates are not considered as Google new updates.However according to Google algorithm latest update is Penguin 2.1 (#5) released on October 4, 2013.
